Cycle2fit utilizes the Training Peaks Online Platform for program uploads and monitoring of training. When you sign up for coaching, Brett will get you set you up with a Training Peaks account before proceeding to upload your first program. This happens after he has all the relevant info required regarding your goals, training history and lifestyle restrictions etc. The Podium and Gold Coaching Programs have included Premium subscription to Training Peaks which gives more in depth info to peak performances and communication accessibility.
Podium and Gold Packages also include an Annual Plan updated Quarterly specific to your goals and needs with structured interventions and phased planning that work around your events, work and lifestyle schedule. The Annual Plan is a snapshot of the macro, meso and micro cycles you can expect as you step through the weekly programs while giving you a clear understanding of the training focus eg. Strength, Anaerobic Capacity, VO2 Max, Recovery etc.
Being fit physically and having a good fit technically on the bike itself are the two things that will make you faster than you've ever been before. Cycle2fit combines these in the Gold Package so you are getting the best of both Worlds. It's called Watts per CdA

Cycle2fit is a Coaching Platform devoted to communication and feedback. In essence the programming and micro adjustments needed to keep you motivated and on track are only as good as the feedback and information you provide. While there are some limitations with each plan on how often you can make direct contact with Brett, there is no limitation on how much we would encourage you to utilize Training Peaks like your real world training diary and record metrics on how your feeling, sleep quality, fatigue, HRV etc. etc. which can be used by Brett to monitor your response to training and progress. If something pops out, you won't need to contact him, he will contact you or make the necessary adjustments to your plan.
